March 04, 2010 Fishing In The Pine Barrens (Whitesbogs)

My Nephew and I took a ride out to Whitesbogs In the Pine Barrens Here In South Jersey. We had many bites at the edge of the ice on a few of The Bogs around the Historic Village. We used a variety of lures, I stuck with my traditional Rubber Worms(Brown body with a green tail), my nephew Sean fished with Spinners, Jig Heads and Finesse Rubber Worms(Silver). The Fish are getting very active because the ice is thawing out and I am hoping they are tired of being dormant. I will keep you updated on our daily fishing trips as the season progresses.
